These terms govern the use of ExhalePLR and the membership sold through it. By buying a membership or signing in you accept them.

What a membership gives you
An active membership grants access to the digital library described on the plan you bought, for as long as the membership is paid and active. Access is personal. Do not share your login, and do not give others access to the download links issued to you.
A membership is access to the library. It does not widen the licence attached to any individual product — see the License Guide.
Plans, payment and renewal
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing section and at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Cancel at any time from your account — access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. The lifetime plan is a single payment and does not renew.
Right of withdrawal and immediate access
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that delivery begins at once and that you thereby waive the 14-day right of withdrawal. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What you may not do
Do not circumvent access controls, scrape the service, resell or redistribute files beyond the licence supplied with them, share credentials or download links, or interfere with the operation of the platform. We may suspend or end a membership that does any of this, without refund.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Products may be added or withdrawn from the library over time. Material changes to these terms or to plan pricing are notified by e-mail before they take effect; continued use afterwards is acceptance.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under Swedish law.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are heard by Swedish courts. As a consumer you may also refer a dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
