What you may do with what you download.
The library ships under two rights families: Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resell Rights (MRR). This page explains what each one permits, where they differ, and how to tell which one applies to a given item.
Private Label Rights (PLR)
PLR is the editing license. It lets you take the material, make it yours, and sell your version — the key word being your version.
- Modify and adapt — reshape the content to fit your audience
- Claim authorship — put your name on the version you created
- Rebrand — apply your own logo, colours and naming
- Set your own price — keep 100% of what you sell it for
- Reuse across projects — courses, e-books, sites, newsletters
- Give it away — as a lead magnet or a bonus
- Use it offline — printed books, workshops, live material
- Sell the content unchanged — modify or rebrand it first
- Pass PLR rights on to your buyers
- Present the original, unedited file as your own work
Master Resell Rights (MRR)
MRR is the reselling license. It lets you sell the product exactly as it arrives, and lets your buyers sell it too.
- Sell it as-is — no editing required
- Pass on resale rights — your customers may resell it as well
- Bundle it — build packages and offers around it
- Put it behind a membership — include it in a subscription you run
- Set your own price — keep 100% of what you sell it for
- Give it away as a bonus — to raise the value of another offer
- Edit the product or claim you wrote it — that is a PLR permission, not an MRR one
- Grant rights beyond the ones you received
PLR or MRR — which do you want?
Reach for MRR when speed matters. There is nothing to prepare: list it, sell it, and your buyer can do the same. It is the shortest path from download to first sale.
Reach for PLR when you want something of your own. It takes work, but what comes out carries your name and your brand, and nobody else is selling an identical file.

Your responsibility as a member
Read the license that comes with an item before you publish, sell or hand it on, and follow it. Do not describe a product to your own customers as carrying rights it does not carry — the rights you can pass on are never broader than the ones you received.
Membership is what gives you access to the library. It does not widen the license attached to any individual item.
