Cancelling, and getting money back.
How cancellation and refunds work, and what you agree to at checkout.
The short version
You may cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Because the library is delivered immediately, purchases are not generally refundable once you have agreed to immediate delivery — but if something is broken or you never got access, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
Right of withdrawal
Under Swedish and EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost.
That consent is requested at checkout. If you give it, downloading becomes available at once and the 14-day right no longer applies. If you would rather keep the right, do not complete the purchase.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel from your account page at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and access continues until that period ends. We do not pro-rate part-used periods.
The lifetime plan is a one-off purchase. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
When we do refund
- You were charged after cancelling.
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- Access or downloads did not work and we could not fix it in reasonable time.
- The purchase was made without your authorisation.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within ten business days.
How to ask
Write to support@exhaleplr.com from the address you bought with, and say what happened. We answer within a few working days.
If we cannot agree, you may refer the matter to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
